New Project Site
Artspace has purchased the former Utah Barrel and Scrap at 850 S 400 West in Salt Lake City. The 3.7 acre site is two blocks from a TRAX station.
Project Description
Artspace is designing an exciting mixed income, mixed use, creative community with an emphasis on the arts and culture close to downtown:
- Residential Component
- Affordable apartments for low to moderate income households
- Affordable homeownership or rent-to-own town homes for low to moderate income artist households.
- Artist live/work spaces.
- Commercial Component
- Artist studios
- Galleries
- Nonprofit offices
- Retail shops
