Artspace Commons

Artspace is building an affordable mixed-use creative community with an emphasis on the arts and culture close to downtown. The project will have solar photovoltaic cells, solar thermal hot water and many green and energy-saving features. Artspace Commons will be ready for occupancy spring 2010.
