Rubber CoThe Artspace Rubber Company at 353 West 200 South was completed in 1995. This former cold storage warehouse now provides 53 affordable apartments for households between 34-55% of area median income and street level commercial spaces. The Rubber Company won the 1997 Award of Excellence from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. Rubber Company apartments range from studio (600 square feet) to three bedroom (1200 square feet) units.
