Artspace City Center is a renovation of the historic ZCMI warehouse, originally built in 1905. City Center now includes 18 live/work artist three-level townhouses, galleries, art studios and commercial spaces for nonprofits and small businesses. The building has an interior atrium and garden area where the trains used to unload goods to be stored. The historic charm of City Center extends to both the commercial and residential spaces, which have original exposed brick walls and beamed ceilings.
